What happens, step by step.
Typical timeline: 3–6 months from consultation to final crown — most of that is your body integrating the implant.
Free initial consultation
30 minutes with an experienced dentist from our team. We discuss your situation, take a 3D scan of your mouth, and prepare a written treatment plan. A CBCT bone scan is added if needed (separate fee, quoted upfront).

If you accept your plan, your next visit is a clinical implant consultation with Dr Andrew See — who reviews your scans, finalises the surgical plan, and personally performs every implant procedure at the practice.
Bone preparation (if needed)
Optional graft or sinus lift if your jawbone needs rebuilding before placement. Most patients don't need this.
Implant placement
A 60–90 minute procedure with Dr See under local anaesthetic. Most patients describe it as easier than the extraction that came before.
Osseointegration
3–6 months while your bone fuses to the titanium post. You wear a temporary tooth or denture during this period.
Abutment & final crown
Your custom porcelain crown is fitted to the integrated implant. From here, brush, floss and chew normally — for life.
